When the Reels Stop
Where Does It All End Up?
At Casilando Casino, every spin win lands in the bonus balance first, as the terms below explain.
When Your Bonus Balance Grows
Welcome spin winnings carry 26x wagering on the bonus; the 10 spins without deposit ask 50x on winnings, and the 30 deposit spins ask 25x.
Verify Before You Cash Out
Before the first cash-out, you send photo identification, proof of address and a card image, and the check usually clears in about 23 hours.
How Much Can You Stake?
Stake no more than NZ$6 a round on the welcome and deposit spins, or NZ$3 on the no-deposit spins, otherwise the bonus terms can be voided.
Second Attempts at Home
The 10 spins without deposit are limited to one per person, household and device, so a second claim from the same address will be refused.

Ten spins at NZ$0.10 meet a 96.52% return and high volatility, so Buffalo King Megaways chases big drops, not small ones. 10 free spins · Freebie Round; RTP 96.52%
Each Tuesday, 75 spins at NZ$0.10 ride a 96.51% return on Santa's Xmas Rush, where high volatility fits patient sessions. 75 free spins · Weekly Spins · Tuesday; RTP 96.51%
Keep this close for the moment you open the slot and the spin counter reads zero.
Open Early or Lose Them
Spin rounds come with a window: one day for the no-deposit set, seven for the deposit round, 30 for the welcome pack. After that they lapse.
Higher Level, More Rounds
VIP rounds are sized each month by your level, from 20 spins at the base to 300; slip a level and the round shrinks.
Named Slot or Nothing
Spins sit on the named slot only: Buffalo King Megaways holds the 10 no-deposit rounds and no other game does. Open it from your bonus list.
Pay with a Card
Skrill deposits do not qualify for the welcome or the 30 deposit spins, so the rounds never arrive; a card or another listed method would have counted.

What Are These Spins Really Worth?
At the end of a row, spin count times spin value gives the face amount, the game's return an expected win, wagering what it must clear; an estimate.
Freebie Round
10 × NZ$0.10 = NZ$1.00 → about NZ$0.97 (RTP 96.52%) → NZ$0.97 × 50x = NZ$48.50 · Max cashout NZ$50
Spins never oblige you to keep playing or to top up your balance. Limits you set in your account stay put while bonuses come and go. Gambling Helpline New Zealand, The Problem Gambling Foundation and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme all offer free, confidential support if play stops feeling like a choice.
Cooling-off period. Pauses your account for a fixed stretch so you can step back without closing anything down.
Loss limits. Caps what you can lose or how long a single sitting lasts, whichever you set first.
Deposit limits. Fixes the most you can put in over a chosen span, so a bonus never pulls you past it.
What You Need To Know
What Comes Up Most Often?
By the last line you will know exactly how the spins land in your balance.
trustWhat happens when I claim the biggest spin batch there is?+
Three hundred spins is the ceiling, and it arrives with the top tier of the monthly VIP programme. Everyone else builds up through the welcome rounds of 239 spins, weekly drops and personal offers. Smaller batches of 10, 25 and 30 sit on the same page for anyone who wants a lighter start.
trustWhat happens if I try to change the stake on my spins?+
Each spin is locked to the value named with its offer, so the stake stays fixed and cannot be raised or lowered. A round of 239 spins on Gonzo's Quest moves at $0.10 a spin because that is how the batch was built. Picking a different stake is not possible while a batch is running.
trustWhy should I trust the licence behind these spins?+
The Malta Gaming Authority regulates this licence, held under the number MGA/B2C/789/2007. Casilando Casino Ltd. has operated from Spinola Road in Birkirkara since 2007, and eCOGRA, GLI and SIQ audit the games independently. Encryption runs at 256-bit AES on account and payment data.
trustWhat if I want to use my spins on my phone?+
Yes, spins open on a phone browser and inside the app, and the app itself unlocks a further 5 spins worth $0.10 each on Wild Frames. Each batch keeps its own fixed value and slot on a small screen. Data use is modest because the games load from the platform, not your device.
trustWhere do winnings from the spins actually go?+
Winnings sit as bonus money until the wagering is met, then they reach your cash balance and can be withdrawn. Minimum withdrawals start at NZ$24, with NZ$25,000 as the ceiling, and payouts usually clear in about 18 minutes. Verify your identity first so nothing stalls.
trustWhat if I want to play my spins on another slot?+
Spins are tied to the slot named in their offer and cannot be redirected elsewhere, so a batch for Legacy of Dead stays there until used. If a slot is unavailable, the spins wait rather than transfer. Check the offer terms before you claim so you land on a game you enjoy.
